I have severa Tuffy products, trunk, center colsole and hood lock. I needed some new locks to standardize all of them a month or so ago and they sent the wrong codes.
Before I could tell them they contacted me to tell me of the error and sent replacement cylinders and keys with no charge or mention of returning the old ones.
I was in the four corners area today and stopped by Tuffy to return the parts, I met Reagan and Rhonda the customer service reps I had dealt with. I got a tour of the factory, learned about some newer products coming out and watched the manufacturing process for several products. I've been around machine shops all my life and this one was well run and very clean.
The R&D seemed active and I viewed several vehicles on site with new and existing products.
Just wanted to put in a personal plug for a USA manufacturer. I have no affiliation of any kind just a satisfied customer. jj
