Will you be at the LSJC run in Gilmer in a few weeks? I plan on making it and it will be my first time to meet them.

TomStev Maybe this is a stupid question, but why would you pay money to join a jeep club? Isn't the point of a jeep club to meet other jeepers and hangout? It's cool they get a discount at some parts places but I'm not seeing any in my area with out having to drive 45 min which negates the purpose of the discount because I'm making it up in gas and most of them seem closer to the Dallas area and I avoid Dallas like the plague. Don't get me wrong I'm not nocking them or any club that charges, I'm just curious of the advantage of a paid club vs a club that's just people getting together and having a great time with out a membership cost. Maybe I'm missing something. I may still join, I'm just curious as to what $35/year really gets me?

Dfw area jeep clubs?

Hey all, I saw on this board that Austin has a pretty big and good Jeep Club. Just wondering if there is such an animal here in Fort Worth/Dallas.

Thanks
