|jpdocdave||got pics of the rust? if your frame was shot, chances are the body isn't good either. if you're going through all this work, you might as well make sure the tub is good, and fix whatever you need to.|

92 Wrangler Sahara - Chassis Swap
Finally getting started on the chassis swap I have to do to keep the 92 on the road. I removed the seats, carpet, doors, front fenders and nose, as well as got the body-mount bolts out. Next up is disconnecting anything attaching the tub to the frame. If anyone has any advice, feel free to let me know. So far, so good. Only had to air-chisle out two bolts (drivers side front fender - holding the washer fluid and anti-freeze bottles to the inside of the fender).
I have a clean, painted rolling chassis. I will say this much - the old tub has some rust where I hadn't really seen it when the jeep was still all together. I am getting concerned over using the tub as it is... and if I have to get the rust repaired, how much that will run is cause for concern.
We shall see.
