Does anybody know of an after market shifter?

I have had the smae problem with the plastic piece in my 05. I love the chopstick idea for it creativity, but would like something a little more solid.
I have looked all over for a shifter that is not OEM.

The button on the end of the shift lever has no resistance and will not allow the level to move out of Park.

Can this be fixed what is the problem?

Thank you
