UnlimitedLJ04 isn't the 95 OBDI? not OBDII like your 04?

there are differences between them, aside from any electrics. water pump & head for example...

spare drive train

So I pulled my buddies 95 cherokee motor, Trans, and Trans case. I have an 04 tj with the same motor and T case; I have a 5 speed but his was auto. So yeah I've got spare parts but what should I actually do with it all?
Slap it into a broken Jeep?
Sell it as a unit?
Stroker kit?
