You know, it's been a pretty crappy winter for the Jeep. Great weather I suppose when everything is working, but that ice we had rocked whatever I had loose even looser. I'm hoping the next few days of warmth will give me a chance to get some things replaced and tightened up.

How'd everyone else fair?

Any insite would be great and if you know of an area and are planning on going in the near future, could I attend? Could use all the pointers in the world

Both times I went to the Badlands we had a bone stock TJ with us that was able to make just about everything we hit. Now, he banged himself up a little, so that might not be ideal for a 2013 :P. However, as a whole, the Badlands has many stock friendly options. You won't get the full feel of the park, but you certainly won't be left with nothing to do.

That was a great group effort on a very tough recovery.I don't think anybody passed by without lending a hand! I learned a few things myself about securing cargo better..and not to take what looks to be an easy obstacle for granted.Should have all rebuild parts this week and ready to start putting Humpty Dumpty back together again so I can join you and everybody soon. You were great help too. hope you found some good trails sunday. I have a hilift jack bracket 4u next time I see you.

PFJ18 Any of you Hoosiers, want to join up with a couple Southern Michiganers for a trip to Bundy Hill this Saturday? I will be leaving the Niles, MI/South Bend, IN sometime between 6-8am if all goes as planned. It should be a great time, they are having their Pit Trash Shootout this Saturday.

chrislewis Just wanted to throw this out there on the page. We have a pretty large Facebook group called Indiana Hoosier Off Road. Just a bunch of guys that talk off road, sell parts, buy stuff, but most importantly make events. Events are so much easier to make and organize on Facebook. Check it out. If you like it, keep checking back! If not, I'll still find all of you on here! For the new guys around Indy, I'm from Fishers and at school at Purdue University in Lafayette. So give me a holler if you ever want to do anything!

Names Christopher Frederick Lewis on Facebook. Send me an add if you'd like.

D.B. OK jeepers the meet and greet email went out! If you dont or didnt get it please let me know.....so I can forward it to you again. It has allot of info about our first meet and greet!

Meet and greet: 7-20-2013 at 2:00PM in the open shopping center parking lot across from Gary's in Mooresville.

D.B. Ok folks, todays is the day......if you havent sent me your contact info you will not reiceve the e-mail blast that will be going out first thing in the AM with information about the clubs initial meet and greet.

This email blast will contain members name and e-mail addresses, some basic information on how we will be moving forward as a club and topics that need to be addressed during the meet and greet, as well as other details related to our first meet and greet such as location and time.

The organizational process will go fast as the point of the club is to get out on the road having a good time with our jeep's with like minded people and meet a few new friends in the process!

If there is anyone you havent reached out to that is a jeep owner in the local and might be interested, by all means make contact with them asap!
