What everyone said above i agree with.
My opinion, Stay under 3" of net lift and 35" tires if you're not willing to spend a lot of money.

Also understand that your gas mileage is probably going to be consistently below 15 mpg.

IMO 3" and 37's have great clearance. Anyway:
3.5" Rock Krawler X Factor
Regear to 4.56
Swap out Driveshafts.
It'd be better to be a long arm suspension if you have a big budget

Yep, Another Jeep Suspension Lift Post. Need advice to run 35's or 37's on 2012 JKU
Looking to Lift my 2012 JKU Sahara 6spd (373 geared). Would like 35's or 37's but have a few MUST HAVES and looking for experienced suggestions. Prefer 37's but do not know if this is possible with my "must haves".
Must maintain a great road ride and handle very close to, or better than stock. I do not off road much and love the current ride. (Yes daily driver to mainly look cool, and no I do not go to the mall LOL) I will often run with the wife and 4 kids in it on road trips (installing rear jk tumbler seat for 3rd row). They corner real nice, feel tight and not all over the road, and are really fun to drive, just want to do that a lot higher up.
Must have good tire to wheel well clearance. Not a huge fan 37" tires on a 3" lift. (may be exaggerating but you know what I mean)
Need advice on BEST suspension or suspension/body combo kit for my needs, Including all additional should add parts. Do not want to create or realize issues down the road like drive shafts falling out or rubbing, wrong geometry or angle issues, stability, etc.
Lastly, Tire Rim Combo advice? More rim less tire since I do not off road much or stay with 18's?
