P0456 code

Hey everyone ! First time poster here with a question . About a month ago I installed a new cold air intake and throttle body on my 2000 TJ . I also reset the computer to run 91 octane fuel with a Superchips Flashpaq . Not long after I did this , I started getting a check engine light . I ran a diagnostics test and got "0456 Evap leak monitor small leak detected" . Here's the question ... Did installing the upgrades cause the problem ?
