04tjinsa I installed a 1.75 inch spacer lift and had driveline vibes, 3 washers on each of the T.C. bolts solved the problem. so with a 2 inch lift maybe 4 washers will work for you, if you need more than 4 washers you need to replace the bolts with longer ones.

I'd bet you have a loose track bar at the axle. You should drop the track bar at the axle and see if the bolt is moving around in the hole. If it is moving then it will cause vibes. With 3 inches of lift you need an adjustable track bar for the front to center the axle. You should pull your rear drive shaft and see if the vibes are still there. Drive around in Front Wheel Drive to see how bad the vibes are. If the vibes are still present you know the rear end isn't your problem and you don't need to lower your transfer case.

04moneypit Just take one of your bolts out, go down to ace or home depot, match the bolt up with some grade 8 hardware and buy a bolt that's 1"-1.5" longer. Get some flat washers that will fit over the bolt and buy enough that you can stack them up 1"-1.5" six times, buy your six bolts and washers, go home and install.

MR.CLIFFORD What components did you use on the front? Did you use an adjustable track bar? What about an alignment?? There might be other alternatives before you drop the tcase skid.

need help on driveline vibes, what hardware

I need some help. I had a 2inch lift put on my Jeep with 3/4 spacers on the front and I now have some minor driveline vibes between 25-30 mph. My question is not how to solve it, i have read several post about this but I found one last week that showed what size bolts and washers I needed to drop the transfer case skid plate and I can not find that web site now. I have searched the prior post but can not remember were I saw it.
If anyone can help I would appreciate it. I would like to do the drop this weekend.
