I'd bet you have a loose track bar at the axle. You should drop the track bar at the axle and see if the bolt is moving around in the hole. If it is moving then it will cause vibes. With 3 inches of lift you need an adjustable track bar for the front to center the axle. You should pull your rear drive shaft and see if the vibes are still there. Drive around in Front Wheel Drive to see how bad the vibes are. If the vibes are still present you know the rear end isn't your problem and you don't need to lower your transfer case.

The Vibes Are Minor But Hey Are There. There Is Also A Knock Coming Front The Front When I Turn And Go Over Bumps In The Road. Almost Feels Like Something Is Loose But I Can Not Find The Problem. No Problem With Steering Though. And My Tires Are Not Rubbing The Control Arms.|

Get some flat washers that will fit over the bolt and buy enough that you can stack them up 1"-1.5" six times, buy your six bolts and washers, go home and install.|

need help on driveline vibes, what hardware
I need some help. I had a 2inch lift put on my Jeep with 3/4 spacers on the front and I now have some minor driveline vibes between 25-30 mph. My question is not how to solve it, i have read several post about this but I found one last week that showed what size bolts and washers I needed to drop the transfer case skid plate and I can not find that web site now. I have searched the prior post but can not remember were I saw it.
If anyone can help I would appreciate it. I would like to do the drop this weekend.
