A very troubled 2nd hand wrangler owner

Good day to fellow jeepers! Ive recently bought a second hand 06 TJ Wrangler hard top, everything in it is pretty much in stock.
Boy the amount of problems I've found in it.
The first owner was a wild one I'm guessing. He messed it up pretty bad.
I live in Dubai so this poor wrangler has gone through some rough off roading.
Anyways, I'm glad to be amongst other fellas. Hopefully I can get the help I need over here.
I'd appreciate any help.
Here are some of the problems:
Noises. Lots of them. While I accelerate, squeaks and screeches ce from the passenger's front end. I'm guessing crank shafts.
A very shaky start. Faulty front axle?
This is new, when I hit a speed of 100 kmh, extreme violent winds come from the middle and under the seats. It's like a giant tornado is trying to fit through a small hole, I think something is lose.

There are the most important issues that I think need to be handled immediately before more damage.

If I'm posting my problems in the wrong thread let me know I'm new here and any referrals/help will be great

Thanks for your time and sorry for the giant post!

Ali Alzubaidi.
