Brake problems...please help!!!

We have a 1999 jeep wrangler sport. changed the rotors and pads a few days ago. the breaks where sticking before.it was very clear because the pad was imbedded in the rotor at least 1/4 inch or more. after we changed the rotors and breaks my husband was driving it and the brakes stuck so tight on the new rotors that they almost caught fire. we have changed both front calibers and the master cyclinder and now we have no brakes. the peddle is spongy and goes all the way to the floor and the brake light is on. we bled them properly and checked for pressure and leaks. we cannot find a problem. if anyone can help us with this we would be so greatful. it is our only vehicle we really need to get this fixed. thank you!!!!!
