Jerry Bransford Dealer prices are all over the map, they charge what they can get away with. Push them hard for a discount and see what they'll quote. Heck, one guy on a different forum is being quoted $296 for a pair of hard transmission coolant lines from his Jeep dealer that I bought earlier this year from my local dealer for $105.

XNeoJesterX It does make sense about the 1piece over 2piece for leak/fitment issues. So ok I'm set on a factory 1 piece. Now, can I get a hardtop from a dealership and how much do they run on average? I looked and couldn't find anywere with listing of TJ hardtops in my area and plus I don't want to deal with a used one, I'd rather just get a new one and not worry about it.

Jerry Bransford Mopar's tops are all made by Bestop... both soft and hard tops. Personally, I'd go for the factory one-piece hard top as it is going to be more trouble-free (leak-free) over the years than any two-piece top will be.

Hardtop questions

I was looking at buying a hardtop Quadratec.com sells the Mopar factory hardtop for $1829.99, and the bestop 2-piece hardtop for $1999.99. Does anyone have the Bestop 2 piece on their TJ and could possibly post pictures and thoughts on it? Also can you get the factory hardtop from a "stealership" and if so how much is it from them on average?
