Thanks. I've got a AEV 2.5" DS lift with Duratrac 315/75-16s. I could not be happier.

brighton Is there a wheel on the market that is not black, but darker than the tungsten of the Black Rock Vipers or the Savegres that I believe is called argent?

I'd love to find a replacement that had similar color to the mineral gray of my Mountain edition stock wheels. Even if not quite that dark, a darker gray color would be ideal, I just can't find anything like it.

I love the look of my Vipers but the design is not helping me. I was hit a few weeks ago. One wheel was paid for and the another (spare) is out of round.
The insurance payment will pay for a new set.

My next wheel will be function over form. Will look decent and hopefully not break the bank.

I was considering the MB72's. I might just go for the level 8's

Vroooom You people are all just a bunch of rim-racists!!!

just kidding, folks. Laugh it up.

scuba_steve This thread is perfect for me as I shop for wheels...because I am not a fan of black. Looks okay on some Jeep colors, but it's not for me.

Very tempted by the AEV Savegre. Love the simple look and the fact that the are fairly strong. Less excited about their backspacing. Would love to see both Argent and Silver on a white 2 door.

Pintlers aren't doing it for me. They look great, but I have seen way too many reports of them cracking where the spokes meet the rim.

Those Black Rock Vipers look awesome. They just look tough....and remind me a bit of old school Jeep wheels.

Also, I've got to admit, while I don't like chrome on a jeep, a set of old school chrome wheels like Acwood posted look fantastic. It's a nice throwback look.

Keep the pics coming!
