27ac for 65K in Richmond for sale currently. The low priced lots are not buildable, usually wet. Foster, west greenwich have some nice sized lots come up. I buy some at tax sale, need to be careful some are landlocked and useless. I have 240ac now for 3.5 mill if anyone is interested? Big industrial lot off 95. Leave your email in PM, i will set you up to be notified when these come up for sale.

I thought if 3 or 4 guys got together and bought a nice lot, we could have a club use type of area. Just a thought?

Trails and land

I have posted places to explore in other threads with no response. Great spot in Smithfield.

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in buying a big chunk of land together? 20 plus acres can be bought for 15K or so. Maybe buy as a group? I'm a realtor, I can find the spot, just need some interest.
