Don't get me wrong. Fred seems like the salt of the earth. I really liked the guy. He is the kind of guy that I would go out for pizza and a beer with.

I just had a gut feeling that it was the finance guy. He was pushy and gave me a bad feeling the entire time that I was in his office. I didn't trust him one bit.
And, since this was not an isolated incident, it happens to almost every one that I talk to, it has to be coming from the owner down. I think his name is John Gray.
If he isn't giving the orders, he needs to find out who is and put his foot in their arse. It is giving their company a bad name.

Fred and I made a deal, and when I went to sign the paperwork, they added Nitro and the protection spray. ($800) Both items were invisible. How the hell do I know that they actually did it, and why would I want Nitro? Every time I air down, I lose the nitro and replace it with ambiant air. I WAS FURIOUS to see this added after we agreed on a price and shook hands.
If they had asked I would have said no. SO they put it on the bill and hope I don't notice.
I was hoping that OC Chrysler was different than the other dealers, but NOPE. They are just as devious and I will NEVER do business with them again. I just don't trust them.

They made it right, but it pisses me off that they stooped to that level to make an extra buck off of me. Chacken Shat way to run a business!

The only caveat with Orange Coast Jeep was when I went in to the finance guy he tried to sell me 47 things I didn't want (extended warranty, service contract, lojac, etc). Then when I went to sign the papers I noticed they had added NitroFill and an interior/exterior protection package to the bottom line without asking me. I was not happy about it, but Ryan my salesperson made it right. I'm very happy with the deal I got.

whiteyjfm We bought our Jeep from Huntington Beach Jeep dealer. Best deal we could find and it was 120 miles from our house and still worth it.

Recommend a SoCal Dealer

We're getting ready to order a Billet Rubi. Anyone have a dealer recommendation in the SoCal area? We live a little north of San Diego but have been known to drive some for the right deal.
