4Jeepn Paul,

I would have a shop do it, that's a big section of glass and not easy to get in. Also check with your insurance company to see if they cover windshields as a non auto claim.. here in KY they do.. thus free windshield replacement.

Cracked Windshield (2001 TJ, DIY or Shop?)

Hi Folks,

The windshield on my 2001 TJ is cracked and needs to be replaced. Is this something I can do myself or do I need an autoglass shop to do it? If its not hard to do myself, any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Paul
