crTJeepon Thanks for the advice, like Jerry says "Loss power" means a stalling engine.
I mean, I was driving on the highway and suddenly, I got no throttle response, like no fuel on the rail, even the jeep not maintain idle. After turning off the engine, wait about 1 minute, and restart the jeep continued with full power.
Is curious to me, that this happened with very similar time intervals. 25-30 min.

Jerry Bransford The FPR won't cause the engine to stall but it can cause a slow start if the Jeep has been sitting a while so it sounds like you probably have two different issues. A stalling engine is often caused by either a bad crankshaft position sensor or bad fuel pump, or less likely a bad camshaft position sensor.

Fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump ?

I bought my first Wrangler (TJ-1998-2.5 L- 71K miles) 3 months ago, I performed a tune up on it and running fine.
Like 5 weeks ago, problems started on cold start-up, but "mathematically" the engine started at the second try in all cases. Last sunday we drove long trip to the beach, coming back we loss power like every 25 minutes, when that happened we had to stop the car, turn it off wait like 1 minute, and started to continue the journey. This happened both on the highway (5th gear), and up a hill (3rd gear).
Until now thought I should change the fuel pressure regulator, but this last events makes me doubt.
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
