4point Its just a rubber plug. It fits in just like a rubber grommet, hook an edge of and pop it out.

Stupid Drain Plug

I haven't taken the plug out of my D35 and need to top off the fluid until I can get my axle walrus fixed. How the hell do you get the thing out?!?!?!?
