You dont need different wheels or hub spacers. Just turn your steering stops out a couple of turns until the tires quit rubbing.
There isnt anything wrong with buying a quality hub spacer like a spydertraxx, if that is the route that you want to take. They just make it a PITA to work on your brakes, cause you get to remove 10 lugnuts instead of just the 5 that hold the wheel on.
The other problem that you might encounter with new wheels or hub spacers is, if you live in a state like mine (PA), no part of the tire is allowed to stick out past the edge of the flare. So, different backspacing on the rims, or hub spacers could possibly put them out too far for inspection laws.

That is simply not true if you buy quality spacers that stay hub centric

|ken78744||I like it, new wheel would be safer than lots of spacers.... Good find on the low miles for a early/mid 90s!!!|

If you buy quality(Spidertrax) and keep a check on them, you should be fine just my .02

|gixxerphil||You need at least a 4" BS rim or spacers to push the Canyons out|

its mine! new to jeep
ok so after some searching i got myself into a 1994 jeep wrangler 4.0 5speed sahara edition. 127,000 miles, clean, hard top and a bikini top, 4 inch lift with 31" tires, no coplaints about the rig, but the tires do rub at full lock, now i have been looking at putting 33" tires on cause i see them all over here with 4 " lift and 33" tires, but if my 31's rub what would i do to make this possible, oh and its a rough country, and i see no blocks so i belive it would be a suspention lift?
