Talking about the price, do you guys think 10.6% off from MSRP is a good deal for a 2012 model?
Search for 'ticking heads'. It's a rare problem that effected some of the early 2012's. It is fixable and should not really be worried about. I would get the MW3 if you're getting a good deal on it. The mods it comes with are expensive.

SMLoo I have a COD MW3 (no, I don't play that game). It is really up to you. If you like all the extra MW3 (it is a $6.5K option!) comes with, why not. For many of those mod, you can get the parts.
I got my with manual, 403N, towing, automatic climate, block heater, hard top (body color), .... for ~ $39.3K. I bought this the same day I saw it!
No one can decide for you, it is a great jeep whether it has MW3 or not.

suicideking If you plan on keeping most of the MW3 mods, I would get it. The bumpers, rails, and hood are cool mods. Throw on a lift and larger wheels and you're done!

The head issue is grossly exaggerated and is not likely to be a problem.

KittyPrawn Not all of the 2012 wranglers will have head problems. Stop spreading panic.

If you like the look and don't plan on changing the mods on the COD addition, then go for it. If you plan on changing things, then save the money and get a 2013.

Need advice on purchasing a JK Rubicon

I’m ready to buy a Wrangler Rubicon and need some advice.
I was planning to get a 2013 2dr Rubicon with 1% below invoice price and found many dealers within 100 miles still have 2012 Rubicon COD edition in their lots. I contacted them to ask what they can offer and the best deal I got so far is 4.6k off from MSRP (43k). Do you guys think this would be a great deal or should I get a 2013 instead? Any advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
