gron86 I'm almost sure the stock DVD unit has an amp-out put most stock radios do, all you need are RCA jacks most newer models 99 and up are equipped with them. Now if you want to go all out and run multiple amps/speakers and have more control over sound settings then yes I would go with an aftermarket head unit.

2 Din Radio!!!

Hi
So i wanted to buy the original mopar dvd for my wrangler but i want to put 2 big amplifiers, they tell me that the radio does not have aplifier output.......
I want to put then an alpine w505 and i saw a 2 din adapter for the sides since the original radio is too wide.
does an one has a picture of a 2 din radio or any one has a solution or even is it so simple????
thank you
