flattietj this is a professional rock crawling park used by werock........we are shooting for dec the 14th but have not fully decided yet.....we more or less are looking to find interest before we drop 1200 on the rental.....we dont wanna pay the money and then have 10 trucks show up, we are trying to spark interest and then set the date for sure....with more events in the future.

I think if you post a hard date for an event/run to the park, you may get some interest. My past experience has been that until there is a date and time set for stuff, everyone "might show" and then no one does... I would LOVE to make that trip, and have a few guys from Canada, and I know at least one board member that would more than likely make the trip, but like I said earlier, I would have to wait until spring at this point, I am just too busy the rest of the year, and would want decent weather to play on crazy/stupid hard obstacles.

Do you have the link to the park? Are you associated with the park at all? Is there a planned event there for next year through your local club, or through the park itself?

jeeperman I thought the Roc got shut down... Did it get reopened? Or never closed? If not, I am pretty psyched to have that close to home, but won't be able to make the trip until next spring... Other stuff to spend money on right now!

mr4x4 sounds cool but I have as much as you can handle with in 10 min. of my house we have everything from buggy trails to sceinic trail all around me and with in just a few min. of my house
we even have dirt bike trails and tracks and if you are in to it dumont dunes is 30-40 min. away

I just cant see driving that far when moab is 8-9 hours away the hammers are 2 hours away the rubicon is 9-10 hours away and area52 is 1.5 hours away and every where around me is some good trails just a few min. away
and some of them I can run the trail and still see my house
