NFRs2000NYC The painted are worth A LOT more. I bought a set of brand new Rubicon plastic takeoffs for $250 shipped. If I wanted to unload my crush fenders that are brand new, I could probably get double or triple that.

Gzblack You could also plastidip your fenders,it will protect the paint and if you don't like it...just peel it off.If you haven't heard of plastidip google it

Saranrap Well one of the reasons why i also posted this is because my brother is patently (impatiently actually lol) waiting for rugged brown to come availible. He's played with photo shop and it doesnt look right with body colored fenders, not "rugged enough" he says. I tell him to hold out and wait until he sees it in person but i think he already his mind made up

he wants sahara line because it comes with a few more options then just the sport S. worst comes to worst he'll have to buy them from mopar or just watch craigslist/marketpalce for a set to come availible.

JeeperJake I wasn't really liking them when I first got my Sahara.....but after a couple years the green/khaki balance seems just right. I actually saw one with black fenders recently and it seemed really odd....

In any case, my own colored ones have grown on me enough that I prefer them, at least in THIS color combination.

But, the unpainted flares can be ordered and put on easily. I have it in mind that they are about $100 each, but I could be way off...

Yeap, http://www.quadratec.com/products/pr...er+Flares&c=36

Google is your friend!

Can you order a sahara *without* Body colored fenders?

I pulled next to a 2013 jeep today that had the sahara rims, stickers and interior but WITHOUT body colored flares. I was just curious if you can order them without the flares, i thought you couldnt and the online builder confirms this. Do the dealers have more ordering options or did he order a sahara then pulled off the flares?

i waited around for 10 minutes because i wanted to talk to a fellow jeeper but they didnt come out of the store.

TIA!
