Well it finally broke!!It was the u joint in the rear drive shaft that butts up to the yoke.It looked good when I first took the shaft out but it got worse then realy worse so it was easy to spot when I took out the shaft this time.I'm good to go now no more vibes.Time to brake something else!!!!

|killerbee||I pulled the front shaft and its still there.I have a tom woods rear shaft I replace the one joint about 6 months ago.I think its the ball in the middle of the two uv joints.I'm going to pull the rear shaft and go for a drive in front wheel and see what else I can brake!!|

|Mudweiser||Ide finish checking your driveline. If pushing the clutch in makes it stop then youve got something loose. Do you have a slip yoke eliminator? Or a t-case drop? And if you got a bad ujoint on the front shaft its goin to make vibes. Not having as load on it doesnt make it not spin any less. Ide also check your pinion nuts to make sure they havent backed off any. Ive found that on my truck a few times.|

if you think it is the rear shaft then pull it and drive around in FWD. If the vibe goes away you know the problem is in the rear.
How much are you lifted? What products did you use?

|killerbee||It has been lifted for about 4 years now.Yes I have been wheeling but if it was a wheel weight why would it go away when I step on the clutch.I seem like when I give it gas it it viberates but only between 30 to 40 mph. There is no load on the front shaft when its in two wheel so I dont think its that.It has to be the rear shaft.I don't know maybe it will fix its self over time or just brake.|

|04tjinsa||Have you recently been out wheeling? If so maybe you knocked off a weight. Or have you just installed a lift? That could be the cause. And your front drive shaft spins even in 2wd.|

|4Jeepn||Do you have a lift or are you stock?|

I get a vibration at around 30 to 40 mph. When I push in the clutch it goes away.Could my drive be out of balance?I found a bad universal in the rear driveshaft and replace it but its still there.I havent pulled the front driveshaft yet but it happens in 2 wheel drive on the road.
