New Jeep Owner With Alot Of Questions

I just picked up a 2002 white Sport last night and Iam very happy! Hardtop, 6 cyl. manual with 47,000 miles on the clock. I would like to start looking for some items for it, but Iam not sure where the best place is to look?:
Running boards
Soft top or bikini top. I just want something that I can throw on in the summer for a little protection if the weather turns bad
Covers for the front lights
Hood cover. Just the small one
Seat covers
I also need the piece of weatherstrip that goes on the top of the tailgate that the glass seals on. The previous owner told me about this last night and said it will leak when you take it through a automatic car wash. I even thought about finding some weatherstrip that I could RTV on it?
Iam sure I will have more questions in the future and thanks for you help. Scooby
