A cj I found

This thing is on ebay down here in Alabama, and I am somewhat interested. I currently own a 92 yj that takes alot of work but I really enjoy it. This would be strictly a woods jeep for the farm. He said 500 buck is definitely as low as he will go or he'll just part it out. I was thinking $250 max. Its a 1969. Any opinions? I hate to see another old cj go to parts. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1969-...orcev4exp=true
