If keeping your stack radio is THAT important cause you don't want to neglect your collection of Madonna tapes ... lol sorry I had to , you can still hook up and aftermarket amp to power your sound bar ...Buuuut if you are going to spend all that money in doing so , Your best bet is to go with a high powered aftermarket head unit . I.M.O all jeeps need amps , especially with the top off|

You can do anything you want. The stock deck likely won't be able to drive the speakers properly, they need more power, so you may get poor sound quality as well as low sound output that will be drowned out the moment you go on the highways.
You really need to upgrade the stock deck to something more modern that can put out a lot more than a measly 5 watts RMS per speaker (something with around 25 watts RMS is a lot better).

I was thinking about buying this soundbar Amazon.com: VDP Six-Speaker Sound Bar 792501RC: Electronics i've heard good and bad things about it mainly good and i wanted to know if i could hook it up using the original jeep radio deck box i would hate to change it i like how the original deck looks on the dash. So i what i want to know is if i can connect this soundbar to the original jeep radio deck
