Also, the 10A is now sitting on a 2.5" AEV lift with Bilstein 5100's. He already regrets the tires due to their E rating.

Over spring break I got the rear 2" BDS springs and 5100's in. Of course that was a PITA and took way longer than planned. Nothing ever goes easy for me.
Wheeled it last weekend at URE. Muddy as all hell. Any trail with a clay hill was all but impassible. Even going down here required a tow, and for me, a winch. The ditch and some ruts kept shooting everyone into the ditch. The YJ got towed over without sliding off (barely) but I wasn't so lucky. Slid off until it was teetering and I had to run a winch line up the hill to get it back on the trail. We ran a snatch block for the next TJ to keep the front end up the hill as it went over the hump.
Only major damage was a 2nd destroyed tie rod (this was a few month old ZJ tie rod, so I had to work to kill it so fast) which we managed to pull back into driveable shape by tying it to a tree with a strap and backing up a few times. Still driving on it (no sense in destroying a 3rd one at the Jamboree) but it will be replaced. I had to power wash it forever to get the ungodly amount of mud off of it. Then washed it.
This week I received and installed new dash and HVAC bulbs from SuperbrightLEDs. Half of the old ones were burnt out or flickering.

Soooo much better not having the center of the cluster strobing in my face at night.
Now, I have a very expired tag. I am beyond due for inspection but I've been battling a p0432 code. I finally submitted and ordered a new Magnaflow downpipe from Kolak (of JF fame) which is being shipped from Magnaflow in Cali. Today I went by the DMV office down the street and got myself a 10 day Operation Without Inspection/Registration Permit issued. Now it's street legal again and I can drive to the Jamboree. Once the downpipe comes in, a local muffler shop will be doing the install. Since I had both new upstream sensors (to clear their codes that actually went away on their own with a PCM reset) (the stock B1S1 is currently stuck and semi-stripped, hoping the shop can get it out and the new one in), I decided to throw the shop a bone and order both downstream as well so they wouldn't have to fight getting the old stockers out of the old downpipe.
Finally, I recently won a HiLift from Raleigh 4WP and I received confirmation that the Steinjager quick discos I'll be product testing shipped yesterday.

Started off at 4WP Raleigh at the Madness in March sale. Talked to a few guys in a club I'm looking to join. Then set on my way to the Charlotte 4WP to catch the end of their event. Stopped outside of Raleigh to help out an older woman whose '06 X blew a tire. Unfortunately the tire that blew was the spare from a previous blowout, so couldn't get her back on the road, but I talked to her until her son arrived. I think she loved her Jeep as much as I love mine. Got home and ditched the doors. Then me and my father set out for 4WP, with both the TJ and the JKUR. Event was over by time we got there but I still opted to play on the crushed car. Then rolled back through uptown Charlotte. Always fun to turn a few heads in the city. Working on the YJ axle swap tomorrow.

The 10A has also had some work done. Sitting on 285/75/R17 Terra Grapplers with gutter guard grill mesh, Red Half Spiderwebshade, Black Stubby CB-Style Antenna, Lange Winch-style Hardtop Hoist, Skinny Pedal door hangers and something else I'm forgetting. Plans for AEV 2.5" lift, Warn Zeon 10-S winch, and several products to supplement those.

Lets see, since this, I:
- Replaced a ton of parts (Windshield, Centering yoke, Axle u-joints, Water Pump, TPS, Power Steering line, lots of bolts, ect.)
- Bent tie rod and installed ZJ tie rod
- Installed 3" BDS front springs and Bilstein 5100's. Have 2" rears and Bilsteins waiting to go on.
- Installed Metalcloak Rockers
- Installed Walker Cat
- Installed Flat Skid
- Installed 12voltguy Custom Switch Panel, OTRATTW Custom Contura V Switches, Blue Sea Systems Fuse Block, 12voltguy In-Cab winch Harness, Sho-Me LED Flasher, and a bunch of wiring stuff
- Installed Crown Performance 3-4" Lift Braided Brake Line

So I don't really update this thread anymore. I'm on Jeepforum more often than not and keep that thread current.
Anyway, the replacement tranny only lasted a week or two before catastrophic failure, so I replaced that one myself and drove the YJ to work while I had it torn apart. Got it buttoned up in a few days and have had no trouble with this trans, although it isn't quite as smooth as the stock one.
Also, to summarize, cut a flat skid out of 1/4" sheet, retapped my fucked up skid nutserts, fixed a control arm bolt that sheared off while driving, bought a ton of electrical stuff that I haven't had time to install (Custom switch panel, 8 Contura V switches, Blue Seas fuse panel, winch in-cab harness, ect.), got some Metalcloak sliders, wheeled it, dented the rocker (haven't mounted sliders yet), and discovered the RC bushings in the RC/MC hybrid arms are FUBAR'd and the Jeep is out of action. Replacement Energy bushings are on the way.

Haven't been on the ole WF in a while. Anyways, since the last update, the rig got a replacement tranny.

So, yeah, slack as always. Since I last posted here, I got the front 4.10 LSD 30 swapped in and got the rear shaft installed, after stripping the wrong expensive as shit bolts Ford sold me. Got some hex heads that fit perfectly from Lowes but I'll swap them (Grade 8.8) with some 12 point (Grade 12.9) correct bolts from Knowwhere2Jeep.
I took it wheeling this past weekend at the Uwharrie Spring OHV Jamboree with family and local forum guys. We ended up having a big crew. Videos:

On the way home I started having terrible vibes. Had to pull the rear shaft. I think it just needs greased. The CV joint is maxed out with my tucked driveline and the pinion is set as high as possible with fixed lowers.

#1 Parts began rusting from the start. The 4 latch nuts all rusted and I painted 2 of them. The big bolt that holds the wheel on also began rusting. Painted it too.
#2 That big bolt hits the tailgate when fully closed and latched. It got even worse when I did the BL. My tailgate was already trashed from a rear-ending so it doesn't matter all that much to me but it could certainly affect someone else.
This bumper has a short life left on my Jeep. Once I'm ready for the CJ tailgate, it's history. I'm going to try and have a new steel crossmember built to weld onto the end of the frame with provisions to bolt on a JK 4-bolt hitch when I need to tow, but have a high clearance crossmember any other time.
