I just got a $500 card in the mail today. I'm glad it came before my Jeep did.

The "secret" was to simply request a brochure. Early on, we were not putting two and two together. The very first time I tried it, I gave a fake home address, but a real email address. I ended up getting the discount via email that had the fake home address on it.
But it isn't much of a secret anymore...so I'm guessing Chrysler is probably reading this form and cutting back on them. But that is just my guess. They could also be waiting for the Nov 1st roll-out.

About a year ago I started searching through the web to figure how to get one of these. When I finally did figure it out.....I would only notify people through PM so that Chrysler would not read the board and shut it down.
In the past 8 months, I've had three $500 discounts mailed or emailed to me. What I have discovered is that Chrysler seems to be OK doing two to an email/address. Basically, the first one would give you an experiation date....but that date was actually longer than it said on the certificate because as I was using a recent one (first received at this address)...the experation date was longer on the Chrysler computyer system than what it stated on the certificate.
I've called before when I was trying to get another one in August at a certain address...and they told me..."we've already sent you two of them"

Even if you have an expired coupon or one that says 2012, your dealer can call some number and verify that it is good.. They took my $1000 one that expired in September and was only good for 2012 and used it on my 2013 I bought yesterday..

|kthrash||I got to use an "expired in Sept" $1000 customer cash incentive my wife got in the mail when I did my deal yesterday.|

I spoke to a very helpful woman in the incentives group at Chrysler and she told me that the $500 incentives are randomly sent in brochures, with a higher percentage sent to targeted areas.
If you have ordered a brochure but have not received it, you can call 877-IAMJEEP and ask to speak to someone in incentives. They can look you up by name and ZIP code to see if you were issues a certificate for the rebate.

I received a similar page with my brochure, except they wanted me to sign up for a Jeep credit card. Maybe I'll sign up under my parents address as well.

|Incognito13||I never received mine either. Last week I called and spoke to a rep at IAMJEEP, after explaining my Jeep was estimated to arrive she ran my address and came back that I wasn't eligible. She said there were targeted mailing groups based on sales and threw a "sorry" in there haha.|

Just so you know what they look like so you don't toss it when it comes thinking it is junk mail.

|panthermark||Not everyone gets one. I'm wondering if Jeep is starting to cut back on them. The "secret" got out.|

Never recieved $500 coupon
I read about the $500 coupon from Jeep so I filled out the brochure request and waited. It has been a month and I just received the 2012 brochure, but no coupon.
Any ideas how to get it? I'm ordering a 2013 JKUR next week, and I'm trying to save as much as possible, so any help is appreciated.
