Skylord It's not terribly local, but durhamtown on I-20 east is a really nice place to wheel. It's a little bit of a haul from Kennesaw, but we used to go all the time from the Alpharetta/Cumming area and it was worth it. Decent little shop there as well. They specialize with dirt bikes, but when I destroyed my rear drive shaft on a rather intense hill climb, they helped me macgyver everything back together well enough to nurse my YJ back home. Didn't charge me a dime either.

Try Beasley Knob

Try the Beasley Knob trails near Blairsville, GA. They are US Forest Service. You'll pass the Forest Service office which is on the left 3 miles before Blairsville. They also have maps online.

bbtj You can check on this site, Main Page - Dirtopia, the Off-Road Encyclopedia. Also, check in the Georgia section of the forum, for local clubs.

Riding north GA

Just got a jeep and looking to take my son riding tomorrow. Any legal recommendations north of Kennesaw GA ( up 75 or 575)?

Any clubs in this area?
