Missed a wave in VB

To the Jeeper that waved to me yesterday in Virginia Beach on Princess Anne road near the courthouse around 4:30 I apologize for not returning the wave.

I was trying to explain the electorial college to my wife and she says "You missed a wave".

So you can add, "The election process is stupid" to the list of excuses for missing a wave.
