New Jeep in MA

Hey everyone! I've already been posting, mostly in the waiting room, but figured I should follow the formal process... :-P

I live about 40 miles WWNW of Boston, just got my first Jeep (2013 JK Sport S), looking forward to putting it through its paces. Will most likely keep it stock except for some minor additions, we'll see if I feel differently about that in the spring.

Initial accessories, though, looking for advice.

1) Winch. Simple one to mount on top of the stock bumper. Recommendations? Other tow straps?

2) Window protection. Something to protect the detached rear and side windows and store in the vehicle. I know there are bags, but has anyone even just used old flannel sheets to layer and roll them up?

3) Mounted locking box. Big enough to hold a small laptop bag / backpack for after work carousing.

4) Anything else?
