Thanks for the compliment TJammin ... I went with stock profile since I run 32" and might move up to 33" but that's it. The mod cuts looked to only take less than an inch of cutting either fore or aft on the bottom lower *inside* so I wouldn't let that stop ya if you were going with 35" or more.

Funny, I was in tightly wooded mountain trails and try as I might I could not get one of the rears to snug up against any trees to try a pivot turn against 'em. I don't worry about the front because I can see ahead, and don't worry now about the rears because the Metalcloaks are built brutal strong.

aTX427 6" front and rear provide perfect on road coverage on my setup, but I take them off when I wheel.

I just moved to Mass from VA and am worried about what crazy laws will keep my Jeep from passing inspection. If it helps, my 6" Flares just barely cover the tires completely. As you know they are 12.5" wide, but I am running them with a 4" offset.
My brother just went to get his Jeep inspected and they told him that any lift over 2" is illegal. I don't know if this is actually true here. I'm pretty sure there is some sort of crazy mathematical equation that takes into account wheelbase length and width.

TJammin This is a good discussion for sure. The 6" looks good hopefully we can get a good 4" comparison soon. I'd just go with no flares but since I live in commifornia I'm sure there's a law somewhere about that.

Collateraljeep2869 Thanks for the pictures everyone but I'm still having trouble deciding between 4 inch and 6 in high hood ones haha so difficult to choose and so expensive

Jkayser486 Is that the Rokmen slider? I like the metal cloak fenders but have the Rokmen slider. Did they line up okay or did that have to cut up the slider?

Thanks. My mistake, I always get the two mixed up.

Thanks, they are 35x12.5 GY MTR/K's. It's only lifted 2.5" (plus a 1.25" BL) so they fill the wheel wells nicely and still leave room for flex.
