|afrats||That sucks that you have to put it in. Do they care how it's mounted? I'd be putting it in with quick disconnects. I have one, but it's not that long and I'm in Colorado. I'm sure you can find out in a junkyard.|

Anyone have a rear track bar they ae willing to part with? VA State Insp. won't pass me w/o it. Have a 6" lift on my YJ so it needs to measure 35" from bolt to bolt.

Not having sway bars will cause more instability than not having track bars.
All track bars do is help keep the axle centered under the jeep which leaf springs do fine by themselves.

|spazinweasel||you should be fine i dont have anything on mine the axles are held only by the springs. you will want to take it easy and get a feal for how it acts in all situations but youll be good|

|ty95yj||hahah ok. i didn't want to put you in that position. thanks for the help though|

I'm not going to suggest you speed at all.
And I'm not the "fella" you want to tell your braking the law.
I'll pretend I didn't read it.

is it a bad idea to not run trac bars on the road? i have no sway in the front and thats not so bad but i dont want to rip out my trac bars and like flip around a turn at normal driving speeds...(about 5 over)
