Check.

While you are taking the wheels and tires off to hang the junkers on there, give the brakes a shot of lube too.

Brakes will be removed and replaced with a little something different when I return before I drive it again. So...Check.

If you run tap water in anything (I already know you don't) empty it or replace it as it will start growing stuff.

Check.

Have fun between now and March!
Thanks for the input bud.

flattietj for just a year i would even waste my time with anything other than some stabil in the tank......i agree with having a full tank but otherwise iw ould just leave it as is b/c a year is not long enough to ruin radial tires or anything else......dont get to crazy with it, you will be surprised ho that beast starts up after a year of sittin

Yeah, I've done the same for my other vehicle when gone before and they're fine when I return.

Guess I'm set then.

So...when do I get a ride in the new "dookey"?

Storing for a year???????

I'll be storing the jeep soon for a year. It will be sitting in the back corner of a 60x120 heated shop back home. Covered up. "parents shop"

I'll be pulling the battery and adding some stabilizers to the fuel tank, putting an old set of junk wheels and tires on it to sit there on.

Which fuel stabilizers ya'll like? I've use the Stabile stuff in the past for other vehicle and had no issues.

What else...??????????

I'm not asking what to do before I start it back up when I return. Just the storage for 1 year.

Thanks
