Yeah they just sit along the bottom of the passenger door. There are strapped down with the 2 straps on the floor board

Jeembro Well if its the same as my TJ, it'll be under the passenger seat, and the bottle jack wedges between 2 metal brackets

New LJ owener in need of a pic...

Hi Guys and Gals,
I bought a LJ about 15 days ago and need a bit of help can someone take a pic of how the OEM jack is fitted under the seat with the bag of tools the PO had the jack just tossed under the passenger seat and the lug wrench and jack tools under the rear seat. I looked in the manual but it did not show where or how this stuff is to be stowed.
