cixpak88 It's guns or the Jeep for me. I keep buying guns with my Jeep account. It makes me feel bad for the Jeep (sometimes). Both hobbies are addicting and expensive but they won't be changing anytime soon.

Z-TJ I had a nice sport car and a TJ. Trying to do both was getting out of hand. So I sold both and bought a 2013 Rubicon Let the modding begin

BlueRidgeYJ So true.

HAM radio, Jeeps, guns, hiking/camping, emergency training, tools, education, farm equip. and not working from going off in the woods / AT / fireroads, so no $ coming in then. Prob a couple I forgot, lol.

I have too many hobbies for sure.

Tman3890 Good point. Still doesn't keep me from daydreaming.

FreefallRocks Well, that's an easy choice though...business first, fun later...but I understand the need/want cycle for sure...you NEED school so that makes it easier I think...I don't need any of it, so the question is which want to satisfy first...

Tman3890 For me the decision is between paying for school and buying parts for my 92 YJ. I need to buy books and other supplies but new rims would be nice as well.

FreefallRocks Thats why I got rid of my '67 Mustang a few years ago. Now I've got USPSA, skydiving, KTM, and the Jeep to spread the wealth around...not enough time or money for all of them.

schnutzy motorcycles, 4x4s, and guns. it has come to the point where the only time anything is indulged is cause i broke something or it is required maintnence. makes my fiancee's gaming look like childs play.

Decisions, decisions

So I've long been told I have too many expensive hobbies. Finally started to think about it and decided to trim down hobby expenditures, but the problem I'm running into here is that I find myself trying to choose between mods for the Jeep or buying skydiving gear. Can't do both no matter how much I want both all at once (yes, I'm impatient...). Anyone else find themselves struggling to split purchases between your Jeep and your other main hobby (or hobbies)?
