Sad to know they think this is an appropriate way to behave toward a customer.

|st1264||I have everything shipped to Detroit, which is 5 minutes away from my house. Shipping cost is FREE! US shipping to Canada is expensive, if close to the border do what we do... Saved a fortune this way.|

After filing a complaint with the BBB I was refunded the entire purchase price within 48 hours!

Well I finally received my refund, but to do the exchange rate on the purchase and then again on the refund I am out $45. Just a reminder to my fellow Canadian consumers, before you purchase anything from 4wheelparts.com remember to add 33% onto the price they quote you. I've also learned to check the Better Business Bureau website before making anymore online purchases, it's amazing how a company can get so many complaints and yet still maintain a A++ rating.

WARNING! 4 wheel parts.com
I'm new to the forum and just wanted to warn you of the worst online parts distributor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
I selected a set of tires, punched in my address (including country) into their shipping and duty calculator and arrived at the price of $820. I then ordered them. The next day I receive an email that reads " the website did not collect enough freight and taxes from you, we require $436 to ship the product to you". I then called to cancel the order. On the following day I check the balance of my visa, -$820! They took it out anyway, even though the website clearly states they do not charge until item ships. So one week and many calls later, I am still out $820. Please stay away from 4 wheel parts.com!
