it will hurt you before it distorts, and gets loud enough to overpower the highway without a top or doors.

blcktj All I can say is when you decide on a speaker change all the wiring from the headunit to the speaker. The stock is like electrical wire and when I changed to real speaker wire there was alot less distortion at high volume

Speaker Upgrade

Wanting to upgrade the speakers in the Jeep from the factory ones. Any recommendations? Wife listens to rap I list to everything from jazz, rock, country, bluegrass, big band etc. just wanting greAt sound with no distortion when turned up.
