go to a tire shop that sells rims.
they will have a key and you can loosen that one bolt to hand tight, then drive it home.

|kvc123||Similar situation as jhilley. I had to have it ground down on the sides where an impact socket would grab, then wrenched it off. Scarred the inside of the lug hole though.|

|whiteyj||Sounds like somebody added an aftermarket lock to the wheel. Options as above or grind some flats on the locking nut and wrench it off.|

|4point||I had locking nuts on all my wheels, I lost the key. I used some cheap 12 point sockets to remove them. I just drove them on with a hammer and removed the locks. Then I replaced them with normal lug nuts because I don't want to do that again.|

Spare Tire Lock
I bought a 1991 Wrangler Renegade. It has the allow wheels and a wheel lock on the spare. There wasn't a key for the lock with the vehicle. I ordered a new one from the Jeep dealer, but it is too small to go over the lock. Does any one know the right part number for the key. The parts man said that this lock will work on the stud once I get the original lock off.
