bbtj Just from having a turbo, in the past, I would say that the noise is the turbo kicking in, especially if it is happening during acceleration.

weird noise between 1000-2500 rpm

hi everyone,
I just bought a 2013 rubicon 2.8 CRD turbo diesel, from the first moment there is a noise like screaming child.. etc from engine especially from right side when all windows are open . I am hearing it between 1000-2500 rpm during acceleration, its really unpleasant noise,
dealer sait its normal sound of jeep rubicon , but I think other rubicons maybe have similar but less sond
I was dreaming to buy this car , problem is making me crazy,
if anyone have answer of my problem
thank you
