scrambler1 also the paint code is on your build tag on the fire wall. using your manual it shows you which number's they are. If you do not have a manual, record the numbers on a piece of paper in the order they are on the tag the information is readily available from a parts store that sells automotive paint.

jpdocdave what do you need the paint code for, you said its red? just kidding

i remember having to find mine one time, i think it was on a fender under the hood. if you go to a body shop and ask nicely they should help you out.

Can't find paint code on sticker on a red YJ

I have a red 1994 YJ Wrangler. I cannot see a paint code on the sticker on the driver's side door. It is not buried in the VIN code, on the sticker on the hood and there is no sticker on the firewall at all. Please don.t tell me it's under the driver's seat. Rust and corosion have taken care of that.

Please help me locate the code or if someone knows it, God bless you. Thanks
