mudbug89 also i came across this which i was thinking might be the problem because it's all rusted and the connections are extremely corroded. i just don't know what it is and can't seem to find anything online about it.

what is this thing?

i have an 89 wrangler 2.5L 4 cyl. ok so my gauges don't work, at all, just the speedo, that's cable driven. i have a brand new circuit board behind the stock gauges so i know that's not the problem and the sending units are all fine. i have no power at the ipn fuse though. just wondering what the problem could be? (besides the gremlins)
