Ok I will try that. My grandpa looked at it today and he said there is some play in the tire rod ends. So I will look at that too.

The tires may look fine, but they can still shimmy like mine did.

If your still not satisfied then take off your steering stabilizer and go for a drive. If it gets worse then your SS is masking a bigger issue.

A simple search would have showed that it's not death wobble. I don't think you put a lot of effort into this . So what you got the tires balanced? I've had tires that shimmy no matter what, it could be the tires.

Smittys04Rubicon I had it bad were I wasn't able to drive it over 35. My steering stabilizer had a dead spot in it. The front track bar was a 1/4 turn loose and the fitting from the dropped pitman arm to drag link was shot. Rides like a Cadillac after that!

IWANNAOFFROAD Ok Jeepers I have a problem. At 55mph my jeep starts shaking and and same with my wheel. I have had the alignment done and new rims and a steering stabilizer and drive shaft replacement. I don't know what it could be. I'm going to take it to discount tires and see if its that. Moabrubi I feel like this has been covered before... Did you know that there is a search button in the top corner? Every answer to death wobble is there, you just have to put forth some effort and search for the answer. Unless you have tried everything that the search suggests, then post a new thread. You shouldn't expect the answer spoonfed to you all the time.
