Whoops, I think you meant to say less backspacing which moves the tires outwards away from everything.

GrnTJ Although I would not suggest it, a cheap way to keep your steering from rubbing is also to place some spacers on your steering stops. It will limit your turning radius but nothing would rub. Still, the best way to go, as Jerry said, is to also get wheels with more bs.

Jerry Bransford With a 2" suspension lift, a 32x11.50 tire size is the biggest size you can run without rubbing. Even that size may require aftermarket wheels with less backspacing than the factory 5.25" to 5.5" of backspacing to prevent minor rubbing when the steering wheel is turned all the way left or right.

tire question

hey guys and gals im new to this forum site and need some input. i have a 06 wrangler unlimited, with stock rims and a 2" spring spacer lift ,front and back. what are the widest and tallest tires i can put on the stock rims with the lift i have that would not rub when turning. any ideas on a good all terrain tire would be appreciated ,thank you.
