If you install a winch and winch plate, it will compress your front end about an inch to match the rear...lol

I left everything loose until I sat it back down on the ground just like the instructions said.
I will try loosening everything again and cycling the suspension and let you all know.
Nothing in the instructions said there were specific sides for the springs. I will say that I noticed it being un level after the front was lifted, but before that rear end lift was installed.
It measures 1" higher front AND rear on the drivers side, if that makes a difference.

All the above and one important thing...
If you tightened to specs with the Jeep NOT on the ground, you have not pre-loaded the suspension.
Loosen all the suspension bolts with the Jeep sitting on it's tires... CA's and track bars.. DO NOT REMOVE THEM.
Now cycle the suspension by bouncing up and down on the front bumper... do the same for the rear.... look at it again. You should be level unless you have something else mentioned above not right like a spring out of the bucket...
IF you are level... retorque your suspension to specs.

|Patrick H||There is no "correct side" for the springs. They are interchangeable side to side.|

|pdweston||I was not aware they had a certain side. How can you tell?|

Un level after the lift.
Just finish installing the Rough Country 4" lift on my 99 TJ.
Driver side is about 1 inch high than the passenger side.
I have only driven it around the block and it has not been aligned yet.
