eagle223 As an update, I got that header off of amazon and had it installed at my friends shop. Only bad thing I have to say about the header is that my friend had to trim some of the pieces on the header. Otherwise it works great, I'll try to update when it has more than a couple hundred of miles on it

Jerry Bransford That is the older style header used before the two pre-cats were added.

Helomech Is that the actual item pictured? It doesn't have two outputs to the stock cats? Or is that different from my '00

Jerry Bransford No guarantees of course but yes that looks like one to go with, I would probably choose that one myself if I needed one.

eagle223 does this seem like a good one?

So long as they have the flexible joints, I'd probably go with any of them. What brands would I avoid? Borla and Banks... though Banks does have a newer 'Revolver' model that is supposed to hold up. But I wouldn't pay extra for it over those with the flex joints that are for sale on eBay.

Like the title says, i have a cracked header on my 1998 4.0L TJ, anyone know of good replacements? i keep reading that i want a header with flex pipes in it so the new header wont crack. Does anyone know of any good headers that last long and if so links to them?
