bogging & stalling

I have a jeep wrangler 4.0 6cyld straight automatic 1991
The jeep bogs down while iding and sometimes stalls I tried a tune up (wires plugs, oil filter, oil&air filter) the problem persists. I also have a problem when on a highway @ about 55mph I lose power and drop down to 20-30mph I do not know if these are related problem or what ??????
