Flooded jeep in Hoboken

Hi all,
I have a 2005 jeep wrangler that was flooded in Hoboken, Nj due to hurricane sandy. Initially when I put key in it said NO FUSE, now it's completely dead. It's been parked in parking garage in Hoboken for 6 wks waiting for insurance items....now I just want to gt rid of it or fix it (but I have no idea how to fix). Any suggestions on where to sell or finding someone to fix it?
